Changes are Needed for Change
I am back in the grove of things. Vacation is over and now I have to manage all of my responsibilities. There are only 24 hours in a day so what do I do. Change the way I view my schedule. God has provided me with opportunities to make me a better person. My first change may sound simple but to others they struggle with prayer. Start the day and end the day with prayer. This one change has open my eyes to see the changes I need to make in my life. It may not be easy but with God on my side I know every thing is going to be alright.

What Can You Do
I don't know why but change can bring a bad taste in someones mouth. Change causes you to deal with the unknown and unwanted. Change can be uncontrollable and uncomfortable. Sometimes there is absolutely nothing you can do, at least that how you begin to feel. Try another point of view. Don't think of what you can't do, think about what you can do. When things are negative change them to positive by how you think or view them.

Stress
Let's talk about it....STRESS. It can be caused by work, family, or just life in general. When we begin to lose ourselves in the thought of what we haven't accomplished we become stress. Well I am hear to tell you that you have to learn to let it go. Anything that you allow to stress you will lead you to a death that you were not destined to have. Thought provoking right. Stress causes health and mental issues. Before your schedule becomes so jammed or you take on other peoples stress lean on GOD and not your own understanding. That's a stress free life!

Don't Be Nervous
In our hearts there is something that you desire to do. The
path to get there may be rocky and full of twist and turns. You will have to do
away with the people who continue to tell you what you can and cannot do. Start
by changing your mind set. Don't be nervous about what might or might not
happen.
