Change is seen as disliked, unwanted, and uncomfortable.
Everyone has something that that would like to change. It could be eating
habits, how time is spent, or even just a new style. Start a change in you by:
1. Create a vision for yourself and post it.
2. Think of 3 things you want to accomplish in the next 6
weeks and focus on them.
3. Start journalizing. It helps you to reflect on the journey
and see your accomplishments.
4. Celebrate every accomplishment no matter the size.
5. Take time to relax.
